Anaxi seems to have lost connection to my repo or ticketing tool

If you see all your reports stay in grey and your data is not updated, there might be a few reasons for this to happen:

1) You changed your account credentials for the project’s tool 
If this happens, you should see a popup in Anaxi letting you know that we don’t have access to your data anymore. All the reports related to the projects of this tool should be enable to sync and be displayed in grey. The solution is to connect your account again from our Settings.

2) The token we have from your tool has expired 
You should see a popup again if this happens. And similarly to the 1st case, all the reports related to the projects of this tool should be enable to sync and be displayed in grey. The solution is to connect your account again from our Settings.
